We hope you love your purchase although we apologise if this is not the case. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide a full refund for all items purchased from us providing that the following conditions are met:

All items must be in their original packaging with product tags & ribbon intact 

All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and its original condition 

All items would need to be originally purchased from Haus of Kaia London

Returned back to us within 7 days of the delivery date for UK orders and 14 days for overseas 

Return shipping fee is to be paid by the customer (please use a tracked service as we will not be reliable for any lost parcels)

We refuse the right to accept any returns that are believed to be made maliciously, fraudulently or to cause loss, damages or copyrights to Haus of Kaia London. In the event that continuous returns are made, refusal of returns will be considered. Original shipping fee is always non refundable.

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for refund/exchanges regardless if the items have been mailed back to us.
